Files are validated and stored privately. Backend should checksum each upload and return metadata IDs.

Review & Targeting

Targeting rules: station selection is based on country + genre overlap and excludes unverified/suppressed contacts.

Allow adjacent genres if exact matches are insufficient

If insufficient eligible stations are found, you will be prompted to expand targeting or lower package count.

Checkout

Payment provider abstraction is ready for Stripe-first checkout. PayPal can be added later without changing wizard UX.
