- Do you guarantee airplay?
- No guaranteed airplay. We deliver music to opted-in decision makers, and each station independently decides what to play.
- What appears in reports?
- Reports include every contacted station and which stations downloaded MP3/WAV/EPK assets, with per-asset timestamps.
- How are stations selected?
- Matching uses country and genre overlap while excluding unverified, suppressed, and bounced addresses. If eligibility is low, you must confirm adjustments before checkout.
- How much does a campaign cost?
- We offer three packages — Starter ($10, 500 stations), Growth ($15, 1,000 stations), and Pro ($20, 2,000 stations).
- Can I choose which countries to target?
- Yes. You select target countries during the booking process and we match your preferences to our station database.
- What file formats should I upload?
- MP3 is required. WAV and a press kit PDF are optional but recommended for better station engagement.
- How long does a campaign take?
- Campaigns are typically sent within a few business days of booking. Reporting is available after delivery.
- Can stations unsubscribe?
- Yes. Every campaign email includes unsubscribe and preference update links. Stations can also manage preferences directly.
