Bladee builds release-eve tension for Sulfur Surfer

Bladee’s Sulfur Surfer lands tomorrow, 20 May, which makes 19 May the perfect release-eve moment to include him in the indie and alternative digest. The album is due via Trash Island and produced by longtime Drain Gang collaborator Whitearmor, a detail that immediately signals a return to one of the most important creative partnerships in internet underground music. The new track Blondie arrived with a video directed by Joe Ward and set in a tunnel with eerie, dramatic lighting, turning the rollout into another piece of Bladee world-building rather than a simple single campaign.
