Melbourne garage-punk quintet Delivery have announced their third studio album Zone 3, scheduled for February 26, 2027 through Heavenly Recordings. The announcement introduces new single "Measuring Cup," a sharp, energetic composition that combines jagged guitars, restless basslines and the group's characteristically unpredictable rhythmic arrangements.

The forthcoming album was recorded over twelve days at Melbourne's York Street Studios with producer Dan Luscombe and engineer Stefan Blair. It follows the band's 2025 album Force Majeure and reflects their continuing development from an energetic lockdown-era project into an internationally recognised independent punk and rock outfit.

Members Bec Allan, James Lynch, Scarlett Maloney, Jordan Oakley and Liam Kenny have developed a sound that draws from post-punk, garage rock and dance-oriented alternative music without becoming trapped inside any particular category. "Measuring Cup" examines the complicated process of finding common ground with other people, particularly when political and social differences make ordinary communication unnecessarily difficult. The song approaches that subject through energetic instrumentation rather than a solemn lecture.

Delivery have already developed a reputation for explosive live performances, supporting artists including Franz Ferdinand, Wednesday and Tropical Fuck Storm. Their forthcoming album promises another opportunity to explore the strange territory where punk aggression meets dancefloor enthusiasm.
