Liminal Sky say goodbye without closing the door on Some Other Time

Liminal Sky’s Some Other Time begins from a phrase that sounds gentle until you think about it too long. Released on 3 June, the UK project’s track is built around the idea that this is not goodbye, which is exactly the kind of emotional ambiguity post-rock handles well. The group brings serious weight behind the scenes, with Jaime Gomez Arellano and Daniel Knight shaping the music and Mat McNerney on lyrics and vocals, joined by additional instrumentation including saxophone, synths, lap steel, lap steel, violin and viola.
