Manganzoides dose Voces with Lima garage-punk electricity

Manganzoides’ Voces arrives on 16 June through Buh Records as part of Dosis completa, and even in a crowded news day, a Lima garage-punk dispatch is exactly the kind of thing worth pulling into the indie digest. The track’s Bandcamp page keeps the details tight, but the label context does a lot of work. Buh Records has long been a useful doorway into adventurous Peruvian and Latin American independent music, and Manganzoides fit that spirit: raw, direct, strange enough around the edges and not overly concerned with international polish. Voces means voices, and the title feels right for a band operating from a scene that deserves more global listening. Sometimes an underground track does not need a giant explanation.
