1 August 2026 – Rising Festival Gives Young Artists The Whole Building

Rising Music Festival transforms the Phoenix Theatre and Arts Centre into a two-day showcase for musicians, bands, DJs and producers under the age of twenty-four across indie, pop, hip-hop and electronic music.
