The new piece inhabits the peculiar emotional atmosphere of a casino at dawn, when artificial lights remain cheerful but every carpet pattern has begun asking difficult questions. Eerie, meditative and unexpectedly beautiful, the track moves through ambient and post-rock territory without requiring percussion to explain where the listener should stand.
