Zaan Elias turns Beziehung into intimate math-rock connection from Singapore

Zaan Elias’ Beziehung arrives on 17 June from Singapore, and the title gives the release its emotional key: connection. The artist frames the album around AUDHD intimacy, naming relationships with a dog, a comfort doll and the self. That may sound unusually specific, but specificity is often where independent music becomes most universal.
