British electronic disruptors Bassvictim have announced their nineteen-track studio album, Peace + War, scheduled for release on November 6 through VOTB. The announcement is matched with "White Flag", an energised single that combines rough early-2000s club beats, aggressive digital distortion, and bedroom-pop hooks.
Formed by vocalist Maria Manow and producer Ike Clateman, Bassvictim have cultivated a dedicated underground following by embracing lo-fi electronic textures and unfiltered emotional delivery. "White Flag" builds on the foundation laid by previous single "Jagódki (Blueberries)", confirming the duo's appetite for maximalist club experiments.
Alongside the album details, Bassvictim have revealed an extensive international headline tour covering Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Paris, London, and Dublin. Nineteen tracks represents an audacious creative statement in an era dominated by short attention spans.
