Broshuda traces Taiga Vein through lo-fi world-electronica drift

Broshuda’s Taiga Vein arrives on 20 June from Spells, and the title alone suggests a piece of music that wants to behave like geography. Tagged as ambient beat, electronica, left field, lo-fi and world, the track seems designed for the border between rhythm and weather. Broshuda’s work often feels comfortable in those intermediate zones where beats do not need to dominate, textures do not need to explain themselves and the whole thing can move like a field recording that learned to program drums. Taiga Vein sounds like a forest channel, a slow electronic artery running underneath moss, wire and memory.
