Perth's Joan & The Giants have released “Looking For A Reason,” continuing their move toward a fuller rock sound while keeping frontwoman Gracie Newton-Wordsworth's autobiographical songwriting at the centre.
Oscar Dawson produced and mixed the track, while Newton-Wordsworth directed its accompanying video.
The band also play the final night of their August residency at The Old Bar in Melbourne tonight, 25 August. Intriguingly, they already have enough unreleased material for two albums despite not yet issuing a debut LP.
