Sydney-born, Berlin-based producer Logic1000 has teamed with Jam City for 'Jersey', the latest preview of second album Confirmation!, due 2 October through Therapy and Because Music.
Where much of Logic1000's earlier work found power in restraint, 'Jersey' moves toward brighter synthesizers, a driving groove and a deliberately immediate sense of motion.
The forthcoming album is expected to stretch beyond straightforward club music into trip-hop, big beat, synth-pop and leftfield electronic songwriting.
Other collaborators include Christine and the Queens, FAUZIA, yunè pinku, KUČKA and Tiffi M. 'Jersey' demonstrates the larger, more extroverted end of that expanded musical world.
